My progression in a struggling niche over 5+ years of content
Using the Adobe Creative Suite and research into the field, I have learnt what does and doesn't work in various niches on YouTube. Using this skillset to market both myself and other brands through paid content.
Over the course of 5+ years, I have learnt everything possible about creating and marketing my own video content. This has taught me how to better manage my time, and to spend the majority of time where it truly matters. Executing a vision that serves no audience is wasted time, and so identifying a problem first, is absolutely critical.

Eliminating repetition and keeping the viewer engaged with information they actually care about
Crafting a thumbnail that tells an intriguing story, for high click through rates
Curating ideas from a list of successful hooks, before deciding on the best choice
I have hosted over 20 tournaments where I both organise, and host 4-5 hour events with dozens, and sometimes hundreds of players in large-scale events. I have learnt how to integrate users with varying levels of experience in a given format, and manage an entire team of admins to keep the event running smoothly. Alongside that I have honed my shoutcasting skills over several years of practice.

Keeping an event running on time and creating an exciting stream
Curating a team of event organisers structuring coherent rules for all stakeholders
Marketing streamed events and leveraging communities to push upcoming stream content
Working alongside other elected individuals to steer strategy through compromise
Organising meeting minutes into readable formats for community members
Resolving internal conflict to reach true outcomes, and prevent blockages in the strategy pipeline
